Emergence Day Warm-Up Routine
How I warm up aim, callouts, and loadouts before a long ranked grind on Emergence Day.
Emergence Day weekends hit different. Before I go live or queue a long session, I run a short warm-up that keeps my aim sharp and my loadouts intentional.
1. Movement map (8 minutes)
Pick one mid-size map and focus only on pathing—no K/D anxiety. Practice slide cancels into cover, wall-bounce exits, and when to hold vs. rotate.
2. Weapon lanes (10 minutes)
Alternate primary and secondary for a few rounds:
- Close-range shredder drills
- Mid-range tracking on moving bots or custom room sparring
- One power-weapon spawn route memorization
3. Callout reset (5 minutes)
If I’m stacking with a squad, we spend five minutes re-aligning callouts and ping habits. Solo queue? I still narrate out loud—it keeps decision-making clean on stream.
Loadout note
I treat loadouts as roles, not skins. Each session I pick a primary role (entry, mid, anchor) and stick with it for at least three games before swapping.
Stay frosty out there—see you in the queue.
